BLUE SOUL

ABILITIES

• Forecast. The user can detect changes in the weather long before they occur.

• Wind Follower. The user can immediately determine direction of the wind, even if the air is near-still, helping with tracking scents and weather patterns.

• Dowser. The user can sense nearby bodies of water such as ponds, streams, or lakes.

• Limitations: The user can only sense water up to 1 mile (1.6 km) away.

• Overall Limitations. Cannot yet manipulate weather or water.

ABILITIES

• Puddle Jump. The user can generate a pool of water at their paws.

Limitations: The user cannot generate more than two (2) liters, and can be no wider in diameter than the user's body is long.

• Breeze. The user can begin to generate small gusts of wind.

• Limitations: The user can only make gusts up to 5 mph (8.04 kph).

• Bubble Blower. The user can begin to use water to make bubble or splash attacks.

• Limitations: Manipulated water is loose in form, and cannot bludgeon or cut.

• Fog. The user can create a layer of fog around an area to reduce visibility.

• Limitations: Can only extend this fog in a radius 20 feet (6.09 meters) around the user.

• Overall Limitations. Cannot yet manipulate full weather systems or use water that is firmly formed, or can slice or cut.

ABILITIES

• Humidity. The user can begin to pull water from the air around them.

Limitations: The amount of water is the same size in mass as the user's body.

• Snorkel. The user can begin to learn the basics of breathing underwater.

• Limitations: The user can only hold their breath for up to fifteen (15) minutes at a time.

• Wind. The user can make the wind blow.

• Limitations: The user can only make gusts up to 10 mph (16.09 kph).

• Levitation. The user can begin to use the breeze to levitate, or glide small distances.

• Limitations: Can only levitate up to 3 feet (0.9 meters) off of the ground, and can only glide up to 15 feet (4.57 meters).

• Overall Limitations. Cannot yet manipulate full weather systems.

ABILITIES

• Downpour. The user can create cloud formations around them to generate a rainstorm.

Limitations: The rainclouds can only be formed 15 feet (4.57 meters) in radius around a fixed point. 

• Water Wielder. The user can wield water that can be bludgeoning or sharp like a blade.

• Limitations: Can only wield up to four (4) water weapons at a time.

• Water Breather. The user can begin to master breathing underwater.

• Limitations: The user can only hold their breath up to thirty (30) minutes at a time.

• Gale. The user can generate a strong blast of wind that can knock back or potentially stun enemies.

• Limitations: The user can make a gust up to 40 mph (64.3 kph). Targets knocked back or stunned must be a similar size to the user or smaller, and will only be knocked back up to 10 feet (3.04 meters).

ABILITIES

• Whirlwind. The user can generate a strong vortex of wind that can potentially pick up cats or debris.

Limitations: The winds are up to 60 mph (96.5 kph), and can only be formed up to 20 feet (6.09 meters) around a fixed point.

• Blade Dancer. The user can utilize sharper and faster blades or bludgeoning shapes of water.

• Limitations: Can only wield up to six (6) water weapons at a time.

• Thunderclap. Using a combination of thunder and wind, the user can create a blast of sound that has the potential to tangibly damage or stun enemies.

• Limitations: Sound projects in a 15 foot (4.57 meters) cone in a desired direction. Can kill targets smaller than the user. Can stun targets up to two sizes (2x) larger than the user.

• Water Snake. The user has extreme water breathing, and can move on top of water as if it were solid, including rain.

• Limitations: Can breathe underwater for one (1) hour at a time, and can waterwalk for up to thirty (30) minutes at a time.

ABILITIES

• Tornado. The user can create an intensely powerful tornado of wind.

Limitations: The winds are up to 90 mph (144.84 kph) in the eye of the tornado, and can carry dangerous and large debris. The tornado is only 10 feet (3.04) wide, but can move in a radius of 20 feet (6.09 meters) around the user. It lasts for 5 (five) minutes.

• Waterspout. The user can create a towering funnel of water that can be sharp and jagged.

• Limitations: This funnel spins at 40 mph (64.3 kph) and is 10 feet (3.04) wide. It can move in a radius of 20 feet (6.09 meters) around the user. It lasts for ten (10) minutes.

• Gills. The user has mastered water breathing.

• Limitations: The user can breathe underwater up to three (3) hours at a time.

• Squall. The user can generate thick clouds around them that can rain blades sharp like glass.

• Limitations: The radius only extends to 25 feet (7.6 meters) around a fixed point. Squall lasts for ten (1) minutes.

SIDE EFFECTS: For Blue Souls, they are stereotypically driven by a flexibility to the point of inconsistency; they are fickle and capricious, and therefore prone to sudden changes in behavior and beliefs. Due to this "fluidity" it sometimes causes a mistrust in others, as they seem too inflexible, or others lacking trust in them because they are so prone to unpredictable shifts.
