ABILITIES
• Spirit Sense. For those that have never sensed spirits, they immediately gain the ability.
• Limitations: Cannot interact with these spirits in any way.
• It Happened to You. White souls can sense if a cat has experienced death in some way.
• Limitations: Cannot determine the source, if it was a close personal call, a tragedy, a crime, etc, just that someone has experienced it directly or indirectly.
• Cold Breather. Able to handle and also differentiate if cold temperatures are due to spirit interference.
• Limitations: Can only comfortably withstand external temperatures as low as 20°f (-6.7°c)
• Overall Limitations. Cannot yet interact with spirits.

ABILITES
• Seance. The user can now understand what spirits are saying.
• Limitations: The user cannot hold a conversation, as in speaking back to the spirit.
• Sight. The user can create small and simple illusions.
• Limitations: The illusion must be smaller than the user, and can only affect one sense (sight, smell, touch, taste, hearing) at a time. This illusion only lasts 10 minutes max. It cannot change how the user physically appears to others. The user is limited to their own imagination and knowledge.
• Beckon. The user can draw a spirit in the area closer to them.
• Limitations: This spirit can only be perceived by those with spirit sense, and cannot interact beyond speaking.
• Overall Limitations. Cannot yet fully interact with spirits, only hear what they have to say.

ABILITIES
• Talker. The user can now communicate with spirits.
• Limitations: The user can only communicate with two (2) nearby spirits at a time. Conversations are rudimentary and very simple.
• Mentalist. The user can create more complicated illusions.
• Limitations: These illusions only affect two senses (sight, hearing, taste, touch, smell), though they cannot move. Their illusion can only extend in a 10 foot (3 meter) radius around themselves, and last for 30 minutes max. It cannot change how the user physically appears to others. They are limited to their own imagination and knowledge.
• Point. The user can instruct willing spirits to assist with a task or to manipulate an object.
• Limitations: The spirits will not assist in battle or defense.
• Summoner. The user can begin to summon spirits.
• Limitations: The user may only summon two (2) spirits at a time, and they will only linger for 20 minutes before dispersing.

ABILITIES
• Decoy. The user can summon and convince spirits to act as decoys or distractions to evade danger.
• Limitations: The user can only use two (2) spirits at a time for this, and they will immediately disperse if they are struck.
• Carrier. The user can send a single spirit to communicate a message or deliver an item somewhere, even to those without spirit sense.
• Limitations: The spirit will only be able to reach someone or something up to 200 ft (60.96 meters) away.
• Blades for Hire. The user can convince spirits to fight for them.
• Limitations: Only two (2) spirits will fight at a given time, and can tangibly injure an enemy, but will immediately disperse upon being struck.
• Illusionist. The user can begin to create complicated illusions capable of movement.
• Limitations: These illusions can only affect three senses (sight, hearing, taste, touch, smell) and can move freely within a 25 ft (7.6 meter) range around the user, and lasts for 30 minutes max. It cannot change how the user physically appears to others. They are limited to their own imagination and knowledge.

ABILITIES
• Reverie. The user can create more complicated, freely-moving illusions that can be interacted with.
• Limitations: These illusions can only affect three senses (sight, hearing, taste, touch, smell) and can move freely within a 50 ft (15 meter) range around the user, and lasts for 1 hour max. They are limited to their own imagination and knowledge. Attempting to speak to an unknowing target through the illusion requires a deception check, and the illusion will disperse upon failure.
• Spirit Surge. The user can summon multiple spirits willing to fight on their behalf.
• Limitations: Only four (4) spirits will appear at a time, and will disperse after taking substantial damage.
• Talker. The user can allow spirits to speak through them to communicate. This may be in a different, unique spoken or sign language.
• Limitations: Only one (1) willing spirit can talk through a user at a time. This ability can only be used two (2) times in an entire Chapter.
• Not Just Us. The user can summon the spirit of large mammals to assist with tasks or battle.
• Limitations: Only able to summon two (2) reasonably large land mammal spirits at a time (ie. black bear, elk, wild boar, etc), but no mammals considered giant (ie. brown bear, elephant, etc). Will immediately disperse after taking minimal damage. Can only be used two (2) times an entire chapter.

ABILITIES
• Haunt. The user can summon multiple strong spirits willing to fight to the end on their behalf.
• Limitations: Only six (6) spirits will appear at a time to fight, and will disperse upon taking lethal amounts of damage.
• Siphon. The user can pull the Soul abilities from the dead and utilize them as their own.
• Limitations: Only one Soul Color can be used at a time. Abilities are only available up to Level 3, and will only last for two (2) posts from the user. ie. Utilizing Thorn Volley, and then Soothing Touch, from a fallen Green Soul.
• Dreamwalker. The user can create complicated illusions that are tangible and able to be freely interacted with.
• Limitations: These illusions can affect all five senses senses (sight, hearing, taste, touch, smell) and can move freely within a 100 ft (30.48 meter) range around the user, and lasts for 3 hours max. They are limited to their own imagination and knowledge. Attempting to speak to an unknowing target through the illusion requires a deception check, and the illusion will disperse upon failure.
• Painkiller. The user can divert the damage being done to a nearby target to any currently summoned spirit instead.
• Limitations: The diverted damage cannot be lethal in nature. The summoned spirit will immediately disperse upon being struck. The target must be within 40 feet (12.19 meters) away from the user.
SIDE EFFECTS: For White Souls, they are stereotypically drawn to death as a form of change; they are ever-changing, and constantly trying to see the bigger picture. As a result, they can often lose sight of small details, even when attempting to help others. Because of their relationship with death, they may overstep boundaries and injure others in their grief.
